Reports and Export

Reports let you preview and export Travel Logs data for a selected date range and vehicle.

Report types

Reports can include:

• Trips.
• Expenses.
• Maintenance.

Choose the report type before exporting.

When Distance-Based Rate is enabled for the selected personal vehicle, a Trips report will also include the eligible business distance, estimated amount, rate-period breakdown, and any warnings. See Distance-Based Rate.

Filters

Reports can be filtered by:

• Start date.
• Stop date.
• Vehicle.

The preview updates based on the selected report type and filters.

CSV export

Use CSV when you want spreadsheet data. CSV files are useful for accounting, record keeping, or importing data into other tools.

If your spreadsheet app needs different CSV formatting, enable CSV Compatibility in Settings.

PDF export

Use PDF when you want a printable or shareable report with a fixed layout.

PDF export uses the report preview to create the final document.

Before exporting

Check that:

• The correct vehicle is selected.
• The date range includes the records you need.
• The report type matches the records you want.
• Trips have been stopped before export if you need completed distance and destination values.

For reviewing individual records before export, use History.
