History
Review, search, filter, and open past trips, expenses, and maintenance records.
History
History is where you review saved records. It can show Trips, Expenses, or Maintenance for a selected vehicle and date range.
Review records
Open History from the main menu. Records are grouped by date and sorted with the newest records first.
Trips show start and stop times, origin, destination, distance, and trip type color. Active trips show as in progress until stopped.
Expenses show description, type, time, amount, and whether the amount is a cost or credit.
Maintenance records show date, notes, and amount.
Search
Use the search field at the top of History to narrow the current record list.
- Trips search the purpose or notes field.
- Expenses search the expense description.
- Maintenance searches maintenance notes.
Search uses the currently selected date range, vehicle, and record type.
Filter records
Tap the filter control to change:
- Date range.
- Vehicle.
- Record type: Trips, Expenses, or Maintenance.
After you apply filters, the History list reloads with matching records.
Pull to sync
Pull down to sync. This refreshes records from the account sync system when sync is available.
If a record seems missing, first check the selected vehicle, date range, and record type before assuming the data was lost.
Open record details
Tap a record to open its details. From there, you can review or edit the saved information for that record.
View routes
For trip records, swipe to reveal View Route. This opens the route map when route data is available.
Route data depends on Live tracking and Routes being enabled before the trip was recorded.
Quickly update trip classification
For trip records, swipe to mark the trip as Business or Personal. This is useful when a trip was created automatically but needs a quick classification change.
For automatic rules on future trips, see Trip Auto Classification.
If trips, expenses, or maintenance still do not appear after checking filters and pulling to sync, see Tracking, Sync, Automation, and Subscription Troubleshooting.
